Rajiv Nehru has more than thirteen years of
experience in institutional working and
development. He was the former director of
National Institute of Construction
Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune.
He has played a pivotal role in the
development of many institutions. He works
as an advisor to many companies engaged in
production of construction equipment,
renewable technologies and the like. Mr
Nehru apart from being a masters in
construction management from university of
Pune is also the recipient of the
prestigious British chevening scholarship on
environmental management and sustainable
development, 2006. He has vast international
exposure and had visited 13 countries. |

Swati Motiwala

She is handling
administration, accounting and office
management in READ.
Apart from the
Administration, she is performing all the
office services. She has acquired the skills
to bear the responsibility from her past
half a dozen years of experience. She is
M.Com., MA (English Literature) having 6
years experience in office administration,
housekeeping and accounting. She is having
good exposure on Computer & English

Ms Poonam Bhosale
Office Secretary,

MS Poonam has one and half years of
experience in administration, in NICE (Nehru
Institute of Construction and enterprise.)
Her work in administration was to do filing,
telephone operations, database management,
typing and secretarial support etc.
At
present she is os (office secretary) in READ
(Real estate Academy for developers), doing
all tasks as before. |
