financial modeling ,project planning, faculties handling etc.?
There is thus burgeoning need for creating an institute which would nurture talent that would bring value to the Real Estate Industry and plug the talent gap. PBAP’S READ is planned cater to this demand of the Real Estate Industry. The Institute is envisaged to deliver high quality training and continuous education with a global prespective. My vision for the institute includes partnerships in various forms with the best institute in the world offering Real Estate oriented training and education so that the same is offered in India.
We will be offer world class training and continuous education laced with case studies and industry interaction. This institute will offer a variety of courses in various mode like full time, part time, short term executive development programmes etc. An important part of this institute would be research and publication cell that would provide information to the Real Estate Players about the various new happenings in the Real Estate Sector.
A very important focus of this institute is entrepreneurship development. This institute will offer various courses to train participants to become Real Estate Entrepreneurs. We will also design courses for the heir and heiress of Real Estate Business to get trained and develop competencies so that they can effectively run and develop competencies and build successful organization.
Our vision is clear and determinations is strong, we are striving to create a great Institutions in a short time , the time is less and work is mammoth; but our will is strong, sincere and honest which makes me believe that WE CAN DO IT.
